Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. If ship time is longer than the average 7 days it will be listed in the product descriptions. We will do our best to make sure of stock availability and will notify you immediately if something you ordered is not available and give you the option of a refund or a time frame when it will be available.  Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Some products will be charged an extra shipping surcharge. The price you are given when placing an on-line order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. Shipping charges for certain items are based on weight.  Those items that are greater than 150 pounds and/or require LTL freight shipping (less than truck load) may require additional shipping costs. Additionally, remote or hard to reach areas may also incur additional charges.  If any of these are the case you will be notified by

Rush Services:
If you need an order rushed, please email us at and we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on the product availability.  

Canadian & International Orders: currently does not accept Canadian or International orders.  Please check back with us since we intend to offer our products to Canadian and certain International customers in the future.


Order Changes and Cancelations

Changes to orders or cancelations must be done within 24 hours.  Call or email your request to and we will do everything possible to assist you.  However, once the order has shipped we will not be able to cancel or change the order. It would then be the customer’s responsibility and shipping cost to request an RMA # and return address to return the package. 


Receiving Shipments

For heavier products such as Furniture, Firepits, Grills, certain Heaters and Fountains and others, someone must be present upon delivery of products.  The shipping company will not leave the product unless someone is present to sign for it.  Customer must inspect all items thoroughly when received.  Please note any damage on the delivery receipt (Freight Bill) and signed by the carrier’s agent and notify us within 24 hours at Failure to adequately describe such evidence of damage may result in the carrier’s refusal to honor a damage claim.  The form required to file such a claim is provided by the carrier.


DO NOT REFUSE the shipment. Refused shipments will result in additional charges to the customer. Keep all original packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.  Outdoor Furniture And Garden reserves the right to require pictures to document the damage and support a claim to the carrier.
